Why we built SupplyHub

India's D2C wave has produced hundreds of brands doing ₹1–100 Cr in revenue. But the operations tooling they need was either built for the US market (and doesn't understand GST, e-invoicing, or pincode-level courier allocation) or built for the top 0.1% (Unicommerce, Eshopbox — ₹50L+ annual contracts).

We saw a gap: a platform that combines order management, warehouse operations, and marketplace integrations, at a price point a 5-person brand can afford, with the operational depth a 200-person brand can grow into.

SupplyHub is the platform we wished existed when we ran operations at early-stage brands. We use everything we learned, every day.

What we believe

The principles that guide every product decision we make.

01

Operations is the moat

Great products win on Day 1. Great operations win on Day 1000. We build for the team that has to ship 5,000 orders next month, not the deck they pitched with.

02

India is not a feature flag

GST, e-invoicing, IRP, DPDP Act, Indian courier rate cards, pincode serviceability — these aren't toggles. They're the architecture.

03

Price like a partner

We don't price on seat count, because we want the whole team using it. We price on order volume — the thing you can actually control.

04

Mobile is the primary device

Pickers, packers, and supervisors don't sit at desks. Every workflow we build is tested on a 6-inch screen with gloves on, in a poorly-lit warehouse.

Who's behind it

A small, focused team in Mumbai. Builders who've run operations at Indian D2C brands and decided to build the tool they wished they had.
